i like grilles on the Gen 3 & Gen 3.5 one of two ways:

Black (like mine, not flat and not gloss), or
Color-Matched

since the Gen 3 grille tends to be hidden in shadows, yours would look good white

White would stand out but still look good. I don't think you can go wrong either way.

i had mine white in high school and it made the car look like a jetta or something... I think black is legit

Okay you guys arent photoshopping the vertical lines between the bar. So keep in mind you will have those painted white too.
