1992 v6 code 25 & 26, o2 sensor??

so my girl's car, 3vz, is throwing code 25 & 26 (air/fuel ratio lean and air/fuel ratio rich). probed connectors E1-VF1 (left bank) and E1-VF2 (right bank), 0.8 and 0.7 volts with ignition at the ON position(correct way???). so im thinking at least 2 of the 3 o2 sensors (cali) are bad and causing the MIL. what do you guys think? opinions please.
