ok so i finally got around to changing the bulbs in my gauges and i read about it that people had tried blue halogen bulbs that sucked and i heard red halogens looked good but someone also said blue leds looked good too, i wanted blue because it would match my neons and my blue stereo lights but what the heck, the blue is nice but not completely satisfied with how they look, the right side is bright and so is where my fuel gauge is but the middle and the left side i cant see a freakin thing at night, anyone else who did this mod have this problem??? thanks ahead of time for responses, i appreciate any input!!!

El Tano has an LED thread and people have said that's a problem when switching to LED's. There are ways to fix it (ie. add more LED's, tin foil, use different bulbs, etc.)
dang thats dim i did mine with just regular bulbs and it was brighter i have one pic but with my indiglos but u can see the needles and it wasnt bright but it wasnt that dim
I had the same problem with my car. You have to get the wide angle ones. Lately I've seen LED panels for sale though and I think those might work well too. Another problem that came up was after a while, my LED's started to flicker. I never figured out a solution though.
This is what my gauges look like now with the WLED-WHP6 LEDs. Note: I left one Polarg Hyperwhite bulb in (by the TEMP GAUGE) so you can see the difference. Needless to say, the Polarg Hyperwhite Superwhite bulbs aren't very white.
