MOD-Express HID Install Help

I just got my set of HID's from Mod-Express I hooked everything up, but nothing came on when I turned on the car and switched on the headlights. Is there anything you guys can can think of that would stop the HID's from working? I've searched but I didnt find any postings on this problem.

H4-L Kit

Thanks!

Maybe a mis-wire, bad ground, bad splice, bad ballast.... Do the lights get fed from the factory h/l socket? Or does the headlight switch turn on a relay to turn on the HIDs?
