In no particular order.

Personally, I'd lose the mud flaps.

Fix the paint chips and dings.

Are you lowered yet? It doesn't look like it from your pics. If not, do the suspension.

If you don' t have a TRD RSB, get one.

Consider the TRD body kit.

Remove the Camry and V6 badges.

If you want a great example of a white Gen4, look at pics of ONE_TO_HATE's car. It's one of the nicest looking Gen4s I've seen...

the bank is the limit mang. i think the TRD lip kit should be next visually, maby the JDM gracia front bumper.

but what all is done to it? suspension? engine?

looks like its stock hight from what i can tell so lower it on a good spring/strut combo if so, TRD RSB, then TRD S/C that bitch!

Unless u dont want to install body kits, a cheaper solution is painting the lower half with beige pearl like lexus ES300.

Fix the trunk before putting an M3 spoiler on.

DId you limo the back half though (not the tail light, i meant the glasses) ?
