More than likely there is some obstruction like a twig or leaf caught up in the blower motor's housing. It could also be a bearing inside the blower motor itself going out. Either way you have to remove the blower motor to check it out. It's not too hard of a job, if you don't mind working while lying on your back. The blower motor is up under the passenger side of dash. Lye on your back under there with you feet on the seat (push the seat back as far as it will go) and look up under the dash with some sort of light. Remove any cover that may be on the underside of the dash and the location of the motor should be obvious. IF it's not obvious to you turn it on and follow the sound and vibration. After removing anything that's in the way of the blower motor housing, removal of the motor itself is usually just 3 bolts or nuts. There will be a rubber gasket between the housing and blower motor. Once you have the blower motor out, removal of the object creating the obstruction is pretty easy. It may even fall out or come out with the motor.
