I have been searching online for an intake for my 95 camry 2.2l V4, but i see they have them for V6. Can i install a V6 one on a V4?? Or is there a major difference??
Oh ok kewl thanx. Does the brand of the intake matter because people have told me to get a K&N, AEM, n the other i cant remember, or can i change the filter afterwards??
its an inline four....the V4 hasnt been in use since saab used them in the 50's and 60's
just take my advice and buy an intake for your specific car like the weapon R bigbird posted....its no use trying to make something that will not properly fit your car work.
I bought this for my 92 Camry and it works fine. Great sound after 3k RPM. Direct bolt on. The only problem you will find is making sure you secure it with the bracket. Other than that, easy pezzy.
Oh these guys are in Montreal, Quebec. Shipping was quick for me. Received it in 3-4 days and you get a choice of colour: Blue, Red, or Polished Silver/chrome.

they have the Secret Weapon and Dragon for almost every car that they make parts for ...
they claim differences between the two, and that the SW has special interior design for certain flow, but you and i both know all that doesnt really matter
the SW also comes with a ram air extension port, and a different filter
basically, i like the SW more but i didnt want to spend $200 for it when i could get the Dragon for $100

the filter is the same material as dragon just less funky
but the filter is designed to have that air ram kit included...that ram kit is just an extendable tube with a connection to the tip of the filter and u can remove your original intake box piping and lead the tube down to like your fog light hole or something. it'll suck in a lot of air on highway...but then i'm not sure how that'll do on rainy days....so i havent used it myself yet
but apparently that air ram "kit" sells for 115 bucks LOL

Umm i c, does it matter if it takes in too much air or something. I think that if one puts the pipe down there it would be pretty hard for the water to travel upwards in my opinion. And what is a plug thing that the stock pipe has??
