Well, from my own experience, as well as others here, it has done a wide range of things. The best way to use it is to have a warm engine, suck 1/3 of the can slowly through the brake booster line (It sucks it into the intake), and immediatly shut the engine off, and then restart after 15 minutes and drive a few miles. What it does is eat up the carbon in the engine, so that it will run more efficiant and cleaner.
I did not notice any difference on my car. But I did ti on my Nana's '95 Corolla, and she one day told me that after I touched her car, the gas needle goes down slower

. Some other people on here have said the same thing about better gas mileage, and a much smoother running engine. It;s $6 for a can, so ity;s worth a try. Without the CEL on, it;s hard to pinpoint exactly what the issue is. I usually go the cheapest route 1st.
I'll be honest, I;m not too good on the stuff you specifically mentioned though, so hopefully someone else here can chime in that may have a better idea for you as well.
