Welcome to TN For once, someone else on here who isn't too far away

For the gen 4 you could get the TRD springs, which lower about 1" to 1.5", although you didn't mention lowering but that would help. Not sure about other springs for the gen 4.

You could also get the TRD rear sway bar and some sort of front strut tower bar to help out the suspension. The FSTB will reduce body roll slightly; typically people recommend the RSB over FSTB because it helps overall handling more.

But usually people suggest that if you are to get lowering springs that you may want to look into getting new struts as well, as the increased strain may cause them more wear and tear (at least for gen 3 due to the age).

Even though you only mentioned the springs the other two would help a bit, the RSB more so then the FSTB. Hope that helps you a bit, although the gen 4 guys can probably help a bit more

People far more experienced in suspension than I on here will tell you that is most definitely not the way to lower a car.

Don't cut your springs. Your spring rates will be FUBAR.

If you're going to get aftermarket springs, you should consider getting new struts at the same time. Factory struts reportedly don't hold up well with aftermarket lowering springs.

If you want top quality springs and and are not looking for a radical drop, go to TireRack.com and look up either Eibach springs or H&R springs for your car. The Eibachs will drop you about 1 inch all around. The H&R OE Sports will drop you about 1 inch. The H&R Sports will drop you 1-1/4 inches. Not too radical, but you'll definitely notice the difference in wheel well gap.

For struts, look into Tokico HP blues, or KYB-GR2s. They are probably the 2 most common struts used by folks on the forum. The KYBs are available at TireRack.com. The Tokicos can be found on eBay or you'd have to find a retailer for them.

Any combination of the components mentioned will make a HUGE difference in handling/body roll. If you want to take it even further, then consider adding a TRD or Whiteline rear sway bar (RSB). Springs + struts + RSB = high G turns with almost zero body roll.

If your current suspension components are in good condition I would do the RSB first. Its a lot cheaper (~ $150) than a complete suspension redo. It eliminates a big chunk of the body roll in turns and its also a really easy install.

Then if you want to eliminate more roll you can do the suspension.

Can't argue with that, as I never rode in a Camry with stock suspension + RSB. Makes sense though, and obviously your ride would be a factory ride rather than the "rougher" ride that you get when going to any kind of aftermarket setup. So, yeah, if you're only objective is to reduce body roll, and you don't care about lowering that's probably pretty good advice. Chances are if you did the whole suspension thing, you'd get the fever and want the RSB anyway , so that would be the least expensive place to start.
