Rear disc thickness on GEN 3

Hi guys,

My Haynes Repair Manual Gen 3 state the minimum thickness for the rear disc thickness is 9mm, just check the my car with a digital caliper and it's 8.60mm...better to change it now or it still be alright for another month or so ???

Should be OK for a month or so. A thinner disk will heat up faster resulting in brake fade and longer stopping distances. However around 70% of the braking is done with the front brakes, just don't go racing.
