Lots of things cause squeaking brakes. If you didn't put on new rotors with the pads it could be something with that (having them turned sometimes helps, sometimes they go bad again shortly after being turned.). How did you install the two thin plates that go between each pad and the cylinder? Did the noise start immediately or has it taken 4 months to start squeaking?
If you want, please post a picture of the rotor and caliper from the end of the caliper with the "squeak plate". It would show the caliper, both pads and the rotor and, of course, the squeak plate. I'm wondering if somehow the squeaker isn't missaligned.
