Strange Model according to VIN

Hello,
I am a new member to this forum and hope that someone can help me out with a question.
We picked up a used 1998 Camry last night. This is our third over the years. It has an LE emblem on the trunk. I did the title transfer this morning and the new title lists the model as CXL. I thought maybe the VIN on the old title had some transposed digits, checked the data tag and the VIN is correct. I used one of the online VIN decoders and it came up with an "unknown model".
JT2BG22K5WOxxxxxx
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Bob

my VIN check came up with the same thing... The best thing to do is runa search on your car and find out what was the standard options for the 98 LE and then compare it to your car. If everything matches your ok.

Find this rather curious. When I got mine registered it lists the model as 'CML'
Thought it strange, but never really did any checking on it.

I did a Google search for "Camry CXL" and only had two hits. Both refer to Canada. This threads has replies from Chicago and Toronto......
Please educate me on what is USDM ?
