Tranny Problem? Tranny rumbles intermittently in fouth gear.

Hello All, I've been having an issue with my tranny. First of all, I just got my tranny flushed and serviced from Toyota about 3 months ago no problems then. But just this month my fourth gear has been starting to slip and hesitate in the HWY while I'm going above 90kms. It is noticeable when accelerating and really noticeable when I'm in fourth gear about a 100km going up an incline like a bridge. This is when the tranny rumbles, scary sometimes, it feels like some this is going to break. The condition is getting worse and more apparent. Last night I checked the tranny fluid while it was cold. Found the fluid line to be 1.5" above the cold line!!!! What do you guys think? Would the tranny be damaged because of it being way over serviced??
I know it was late for me to check the fluid but after $120, I would of thought Toyota knew what they were doing.

Many questions pop in my head:

-Does it feel like it's slipping?
If so, personally, it could be something else, like maybe the egr valve is opening too much?

-What is the rumble sound like and does it go with the hesitation feeling?

-When you checked the fluid cold, did you first shift into every gear and hold each for 5 sec or so?
If so, then they put to much fluid in it and I would tell them ASAP.

These are just shots in the dark, more info would be good.

This might sound obvious, but you should probably go back to the dealership sooner than later to at least document your complaints. Hopefully they'll be able to sort it out for you. Good luck!
