Is my GEN 3 deading ???

Guys,

I noticed after driving for 30mins or so....i still got smoke coming from my car...is this a sign of engine breakdown soon ???

what color of smoke is it?? if its white must be excess water ur burning off. if its blue then ur burning oil and if its black then ur running rich

same here only i dont see smoke but i smell burning...what does that mean??

Engine oil leakage on the exhaust. Valve cover gaskets are the most probable cause.

A thorough engine degreasing followed by inspections for leakage is in order.


Oil leaks should be fixed. Cars HAVE burned to the ground because of fires caused by oil
burning on the exhaust pipes or catalytic converter, including Camrys.

if you can't figure out where the smoke is coming from you should probably have the car looked at by a mechanic.

Way to early to condem the engine. Do some checks or have a mechanic look at it.
