You killed my first suspicion when you said that you replaced all of the brake paraphenalia. I don't suspect a mechanical problem in the suspension so much since it is making a repeating noise while you are steadily braking. (One thud and it might be a loose joint or failing rubber.) That leaves the tires as the next easiest thing to check. Have you switched them front to rear yet? Try it and see if the noise moves with the tires.

Might be a warped drum causing the brake parts to move around.

could the clicking sound be a metal rubbing sound in disguise? my rear drums are rusting pretty badly where they are starting to rub on the dust shield every so often. it almost sounds like a ticking sound with the rotation on the wheel.

I’ve tried switching the drums side to side and it didn’t help, (trying to find out witch side its coming from and it didn’t work, but I haven’t tried moving the tires around yet, ill try that tomorrow. could it be a rear wheel bearing that’s worn out and causing the drums to move around on the shoes?

I had an issue a while back where the rear brakes would click, frequency dependent on speed, when I applied the brakes. I had a shop fix and they told me they just resurfaced the drums.
