Cherry bomb exhaust?

Yeah this Magnaflow definitely left me OVER-impressed , enough that I want to throw it away.
Magnaflow ordered!

I've been told that a Cherry bomb can serve me better. Anyone has experience with it?

you should go to a muffler shop have them cut off your old muffler then ask to try different ones. Thats how I found my dynomax. My guys at the muff shop just kept sliding different mufflers on and reved it till I found one I was happy with.

cherrybomb- sounds like a magnaflow just poppier and loader.

Does it still drone at certain rpms or my piping and resonator just suck?

You need a large pre muffler, it is tricky getting a Camry engine to sound decent. Try putting a cheapo muffler under the car along with a resonator then get a muffler that looks good at the back end. It wont be much more restrictive and should help it sound much better.

exhaust is tricky business- apexi n1 on mine is loud but loud good but it does get annoying with the windows down when cruising around 2k rpms. Heard of the apexi active tail silencer which opens and closes depending on how much you step on it.

Makes a big difference that when cruising it sounds extremely quiet and the harder you gas it the more it opens and the more it gets to the original loudness till when wide open throttle when it's like not having the thing.

Best of both worlds!!! Some have said that since it closes up at low throttle that it kinda gives in more low end torque back but I'm not to positive on it but the product does work well look it up in videos.

There was a guy who fit in his hks muffler to his mazda rx8. The before and after when cruising with the thing was night and day!!! Before and after when wide open throttle sounded the same!!!

the resonator actaully helps the sound. I had an apexi cannon on before with no cat and it sounded good but not what I like.the thing was way annoying, nothing like babying the throttle to the loudness of your exhaust.

when I truied the cherry turbo I had no restiction so it would sound a lot different plus my pipping and headers and turbo probably make it sound different too.lol

But you can stii go to the muffler shop and try that. it wouldn't cost more than 15 bucks to cut, try mufflers and weld orignal back on if your going to buy one. happens to my buddys at the muffler shop all the time here.
