1998 Camry body parts, USA or Japan

I'm redoing the front end of my friend's made in Japan Vin J car. It was declared totaled by insurance. we will salvage it but needs fender, hood, front bumper, lamps, rad support etc. Will buy aftermarket parts, too expensive dealer parts and no time to search out wrecking yards.

My aftermarket supplier says that he only has parts for USA made Camry, not for made in Japan. He said only a problem for the the radiator support and bumper reinforcement. He says other parts are the same for Vin 1 and Vin J vehicles. He said this USA radiator support will probably work on this Japan built car. Anyone know what's up with this as well as for the bumper reinforcement?

Also he is giving me CAPA or non option for the fender, bumper cover, hood, and headlamp. Any suggestions here?

as far as fenders, hood, rad support and bumper mount...they shoudl all fit. the only changes made there were between the gen4 and 4.5. teh bumper may be a different story. i have a JDM bumper on my car and it needed several zip ties to get it to mount properly.
