3rd & 4th Generation (1992–1996 & 1997–2001)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 1992-1996 & 1997-2001
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
i didnt expect my camry wagon with the 1mz and 190,000 miles to be as quick as it is. i beat my friends 93 integra b17 gsr and a few civics and my friends 91 integra b18 ls. thats with just intake and 2 1/2 inch cat-back exhaust. i beat an avalon too. the race between my friends b18 integra was the best tho we were racing down the road and there was a car in front of me so in true fast and the furious style i went around in oncoming traffic to beat my friend. i wonder what my car runs on the 1/4 any ideas? my cars in the gallery getting ready to be lowered too. ive had so many compliments on the look and sound of they exhaust. everyone says it sounds identical to 4th gen supras

...I don't get it. What the point of doing all these crazy mod's and putting your car on boost if you're not going to use it? That is a HUGE waste of money and time.

Maybe it's because I'm in North Carolina, but around here I have never seen or heard about any track races, drags or strips. Not even any smaller competitions. I'm just used to the idea that things other than street racing are almost impossible to find.
