Tein s-techs for v6 Camry

According to the tein website it appears that the s-techs part number SKL20-AUB00 for the 97-01/02-03 camry are only for the 4 cylinder model.

The problem is I have a v6.

Tein also makes the springs for the v6 solara part number SKL16-AUB00.

So the question is which ones do I get. Anyone on here have the SKL20s on a v6?

the 4cyl ones will be much lower than advertised if you use those.

The solara s-techs have a lower advertised drop in the first place at 1.7 front and 1.5 rear. While the camry 97-01 s-techs are only advertised at 1.5 front and .6 rear. Whats weird is that tein then says the same part number ( SKL20 ) offers a 1.7 f and 1.5 r drop for the 02/03 camry.

I might have to bite the bullet and try the solara s-techs if noone has done it yet.

its possible its the exact same spring and the differance is only due to weight. and and they may use the Htech springs in the back. cuz thoes are .6" drop as well.

I think I'm going to go ahead and give the solara springs a try because I like the fact that they are made for the weight of the v6.
