Isn't that illegal these days? I thought it was required to retro-fit and toss the R-12.

No...R12 is not illegal, but it IS illegal to purchase it without a license. That's why hes asking for it upon payment. You dont HAVE to retrofit....yet. But retrofitting is a heluva lot cheaper!

haha, interesting find ...

i love having a 95 because its the facelifted version with newer things like R134a, but its not OBD-II so it doesnt annoy me like our '04 Outback

The '94 V6 also uses the new type of refrigerant, which was good

how is ur 95 not obd ii? to the bottom-left of the wheel is that pocket thing. Remove it and their is ur obd ii port?

94 V6 started the obd-II but the 5sfe camrys was obd-II in 96 when it became mandatory for everyone!!! I have a 95 5sfe camry and it is obd-1
