4th Generation Short ram or Cold Air intake for my V6 4.5 gen?

hey guys just wondering what will give me more gains in power a short ram or a cold air for my v6, 4.5 gen?

i cant find ANY cold air intake systems for it only short ram, i was thinkin injen short ram?

the only CAI is the injen SRI and then they make a CAI extension thats no longer sold and very expensive. the gains between tthe CAI and the SRI are minimal so if ya want a CAI be prepared to spend alot or just build one your self.

has anyone actually cut the bottom of the airbox out ? how does it really sound ? are their videos of this anywhere ?

the last stock mod to improve the sound of a vehicle i made was on my bike 10 years ago with leaves secured onto the brakes so that they rubbed on the spokes and made it sound like a motorcycle. it mustve been really obnoxious for the neighbors .
