Well, Im supposed to be moving across the country in a few days and now have yet another problems to deal with (thank you Mr. Murphy). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have a 99 Camry that has always been babied and very dependable. However, it is refusing to do anything this morning. Has factory-installed keyless entry/security system.
Now for some background info:
Friday - 1:00 pm
I had a headlight burn out so I picked up a new pair. Disconnected battery and replaced, reconnected and ran beautifully. No hint of any problems.
Saturday
6:30 pm - Went to the beach for the day with the wife. Didn't listen to wife

and drove too far along soft sand road. Got stuck on the sand in between the tire ruts and had to dig the car out. The frame was resting on the sand from the engine back to the driver door.
8:00 pm - Made it back home. Stopped by the gas station to pick up some drinks. Checked for fluid on ground, possible damage to body or engine pans - didnt see anything. Get home, park in garage and turn car off.
midnight - Try to go out and start car and alarm goes off when try to crank car. Silence alarm and try again. Valet light faintly flashing. No power to dash lights when turn key, no power to interior lights, nothing when try to crank. No power to remote to lock/unlock doors.
This morning
10:00 am - Try to start again - nothing. Disconnect battery cable and reconnect and alarm system goes off. Silence alarm using keyless entry remote and attempt to turn key to on position. Dash lights come on, power restored to interior. Attempt crank and system shuts off. No more power, have to pull and reseat battery cable, then silence alarm to get power again. Will shutoff after ~10 secs in on position if no crank attempted. Will kill starter if crank attempted.
Sounds like the start-kill feature on security system is engaged, but not sure how to fix the problem. Tried googling to no avail.

EDIT: Problem solved. Got the system disabled then reset.
