as for the leak, i would just clean it up as much as possible. then follow it til you find the source.

Its just like a Vienta Ultima is the top of the range camry model during that time
All electrics, leather seats, toyota security system, cd stacker etc...

there's just not enought space to really tell where the source.

Whenever my 93' Camry w/3VZ-FE leaked oil it was always from the valve covers. The front valve cover is easy. The back valve cover is accessible after you remove the intake plenum.

3rd Generation

That will be the distributor shaft o-ring seal on the 3VZ. a common thing in that engine. An oil leak from the rear cam cover gasket does not appear in that location, it gets on the exhaust pipe instead and causes a distinctive smell !!

There is also a possible water leak in the 3VZ which can appear just there, so make sure it is not antifreeze which can also attract gunk and look a bit like fresh oil.

Cheers

Buy some UV dye and pour on the oil, then with the kit you can see where the leak,
Ask for UV dye at the autopart store, that is how I have found some leaks on the camry
