You only need to replace the one that is broken. Like Eye8Pussies said, spray it down liberally with a lot of PB Blaste, a couple of days before you attempt this. Spraying it and then driving the car helps the PB Blaster work it way in to things. Also, you will need a set of metric allen wrenches to hold one area while you turn the nut. You will know what I mean when you get the tire and wheel off and take a look. I did this on a 98 a couple of years ago here in the northern rust belt and after spraying a good penetrating oil and driving it for a couple of days, both sides (I was changing out the rear struts) came apart without a problem.
