2001 toyota Camry LE Driverside Window Problems!!

My driver side window has been really messed up lately on my 2001 Toyota Camry LE... First the top seal for the window is bent in when I put up so that gets really annoying when it rains and going down the highway aswell because it catches a little bit of air. Second It is starting to go up at an angle.. Here are some pictures of what it looks like!









I would Highly appriciate any help given. Also if anyone has a similar cost and got it replaced at the dealership how much did it cost for you?

Take ur door panel off and see whats going on in there! Maybe, the regulator is off track, or u've lost a bolt...post pics of what u see.

Shoot, but what about the seal up top is there a way i can fix that myself?
