The difference is the exhaust manifold. The cali one has a cat in it. Also i think small parts have difference as well, like how long they last n shit.

Is there a reasonable way to un-Cali it? I figured at least a new ECU
The only real diff is that exhust manifold. the rest of the parts are incredibly close to federal cars, Like i said its basically just that they need to last longer or be stronger. The ECU is the same as far as i know.
IMO their is like almost no point in converting it to a federal car unless the exhust cat is clogged up. Hell i passed my cali emission test in my cali camry missing the cali cat, so it basically was a federal car.

it looks normal....go ahead and get the intake. the sensor in the airbox will fit in the new intake tube. we all run our sensors like that into our aftermarket intake. thats why you got to get the intake specifically for your car...so the sensor housing will fit.

Can anyone else point me in the right direction, there seems to be so much debate on this brand or that brand, the pricey or the ebay, so i am confused as to exactly what i should be looking for.
In my opinion, after market intakes don't really do anything but sound louder and kill low-end torque. You can get the same sound by removing the resonators from the factory airbox, but you will still get to keep the low-end torque.
