The duct tape gave it away. Look at where they are placed, and what they're holding

yay! yeah... i'm using a cheap pipe in a pipe idea, its really bad, i'll be honest, but i filled a 20oz bottle of the hho gas to test how explosive it was, well it was louder than a shot gun and shook the windows of my house... i ran a test on my car, with several of my friends doing a base test, with it in and with it not hooked up... and i got emediate torque increase under 3000 rpms, transmission shifts smoother. and because when i show what i did inside the pvc cheap thing, you'll notice i dont hardly have any of the clearence right...

Apparently the negative and possitive needs to be like 16th of an inch away from each other otherwise u get more oxygen than hydrogen, so i'm only like getting 1/3rd of what i should be getting, but this was a cheap weekend experiment i did... ive ran 100-150 miles on it so far, and ruff estimate only improved 2mpg intown, so wasnt the 40% i was looking for, not bad for costing me 20$ in cheap crap from the hardware store

normally during the winter i average 22mpg in town... in the summer i average 18-20 in town believe it or not with the 100 degree weather and my intake in my engine bay... after this test i did 100 miles to 4 gallons, which it should be 80 miles to 4 gallons, to measure out, i did a realistic 3mpg increase because its not 100 degrees here yet, i'm counting the the air temperature in there too

but yeah, i actually removed that blue hose from the intake, to who knows why or what it does, and hooked the hydrogen generator, what i'm calling it is the (HG#1), and i havent gotten a check engine light yet. for now i'm trying to get my hands on some stainless steel because galvinized steel is really bad and rusts away before your eyes.

so for now, the HG#2 (2nd generation) will have something more powerful and hopefully made with stainless steel, more potent, so more gas abviously, i'll need a 1 way valve so for whatever reason why the engine backfires and make a giant explosion from my engine bay. and a way of tricking the computer to use less gas so the HHO will take over more... any ideas?

You are heading int he right direction with a HHO generator but I want to clear a few things up. For one if you are generating oxygen you will also generate a fixed amount of hydrogen, water is H2O afterall, you cannot simply generate more oxygen than hydrogen or the other way around.

On another note, what are you using for your electrodes? You need as much surface area as possible. The best designs I have seen use steel washers or better yet steel mesh for maximum yield. Also your electrolyte is important, sodium bicarbonate sucks. Try using sodium hydroxide, it doesnt take much and it is a much better electrolyte.

well im going to do a second generation in probably a couple weeks, i just need to hook it up to my ignition, and i havent a clue and everyone i know wont tell me because they think this is a silly idea... OH! and how do i change my timing? my car gets better MPG in town than on the highway, for some reason it loves 2000rpms and not 2500rpms now...

you need a timing light, hook it to cylinder number 1 and put the engine in diagnostic mode. then fire the light at the crank pulley and it will show you the current timing position (should be 10) loosen the two bolts that hold the distributor to the head (not the screws that hold the cap on) and you can then move the distributor clockwise and counter clockwise. Adjust it until the light reads whatever timing you want and then tighten the dizzy, and disable diagnostic mode.
