Spark Plug Removal

I replaced the spark plugs about 80,000 miles ago. I may have overtightened the three plugs in the rear because since they were a hassle I didn't want them to get loose. Also I forgot to put antiseize on the threads.
Now before I even begin to remove the plugs I need your technigues that will help to not strip the threads.

I probably should apply presure to unloosen then stop then apply presure to tighten then stop. Do this with increasing presure until it loosens the back out slowly. correct me if I'm wrong.

Success, no stripping.

The technigue to taken off bolts is to tighten first. I know this appeared to be a stupid question but there are many times that bolts get stripped.

you also could have tried a breaker bar, the more distance the more torque applied to loosen the bolts, just another thing to keep in mind
