3rd Generation Quick Q - transmission fluid capacity on the 1MZ-FE

I'm headed to Toyota with a friend of mine to grab some stuff. I found a 20% off coupon so I figured I might as well do a drain/refill of the transmission fluid on the gen 3.5, among other things.

I am wondering if anybody would be so kind as to tell me what the transmission fluid capacity is for a drain/refill on a gen 3.5 1MZ-FE? My mom drives the gen 3.5 so I don't have access to the manual right now and have been trying to search the internet. I'm hoping I'll catch someone on before I leave for Toyota. Please? . I'm just going to buy everything there for the sake of convenience and I figure the price shouldn't be too bad with 20% off. So, I just need to figure how much transmission fluid I need to buy.

Also - there's a crush gasket for the oil pan drain bolt, correct? I'll have to grab a few of those. I've never changed it (and thankfully haven't had a problem) but after a recent transmission fluid drain/refill on my gen 5.5, I've learned that reusing an old gasket is just asking for trouble.

Thanks in advance!
