oil leaking on a 4 banger

i got a 96 4 cyclinder. stock going on 107k. I knew it was leaking oil a while ago, but not its gotten worst and i'm looking to do something about it. i did the oil change and noticed a CONSTANT single drip of oil.

at first it looked like it was from the drain plug, i put a gasket on it and solved that problem but the leak was still present. So i crawl under and found that its leaking on the passanger side towards the rear of the oil pan. So my gut tells me oil pan gasket. So i replaced the oil pan gasket, took me about 4 hours cause of a bracket blocking a pan bolt. I replaced the gasket started up the car and STILL the same leak... its not leaking from the gasket its something above and the drips are falling right on top of the passenger rear oil pan, making it look like its leaking on the end of the gasket but its not.

So question being what is up there that can leak oil?? And how hard would it be to replace. I'm assuming its something being driven by the drive belts or in that area so one way or the other drive belts are coming off.

A Crank seal or Cam seal, I would degrease the area and use UV kit and find out where is leaking from. Did you tighten the bolts to the old pan engine to specs and cleaned the pan and applied RTV where it goes

Those are both under the timing belt cover. You could remove it to see if the area has oil in it. It should not. Also in there is the oil pump and its seal.

i put a little RTV at the each corner. torqued it ball park to specs. but i'm 100% sure its not leaking at the gasket.

how much labor would a shop charge for both repairs?
