Thats a bad pic but I have those rims on my car. They look sick. Maybe i will take a pic. And since the lexus are still factory rims, they are pretty cheep to buy 300-.

well i would suggest go with Tune up, suspension, rims, and everythign else... Make the car look nice but maintain functional. SO i'd suggest a tuneup, then drop it, then rims. Also simple mods can help to like tints, sound system. Keep it clean also it helps
Best of Luck and Happy Birthday

suspesnion all the way. that is the BEST mod bang for buck. then wheels and body. if the car needs a tune up then yeah that fisrt. ive never been one to waste money stuff that didnt make the car faster, lighter or look better, so as you can imagine...i say audio last.
no my camry isnt dropped. i do have a sound system in it. took out the back seats and put it there. looks real nice, just cant find my camera to take pictures. my alarm, keyless, remote start system is getting installed tomorrow, so thats 2 things done. roads here are alright. wouldnt hurt to replace my timing belt and everything else, so depending on how they will probably spend i will do that and then maybe suspension, b/c lowered gen3 look crazy. nothing too crazy, only like an inch to an inch and a half.
depends on how much they will spend.
btw, as for keeping it clean i wash it every weekend, wash, clay, and wax every other, and wash, clay, clean, polish, and wax every month, if not more often. meguiars only.
Thecamry94man, tokico blues one of the best struts out there, ebiach are nice thast the setup i have but at times it seems to be bouncey with a 1" drop. Most of the guys here have that setup, and are kinda satisfied with it so just look into it
