strut bar ?

ok my strut bar came in but the bolts you have to loosen to connect it are so damn tight i can't get em loose i have used a wrench and sockets to get it loose still won't come loose, and the other problem is the its like it won't stretch to the other side the sway bar

Sounds like you have the wrong strut bar if it doesn't extend to the next bolt pattern. as for loosening the bolts make sure you are using a six point socket then use a large cheater bar to budge em loose. My 1991 celica gave me the same problems.

I don't think you will notice a huge difference at all. Do what he said above and use a large breaker bar for it. Make sure to torque the nuts back to spec. Just a general question to anyone... Does the spec change when you add that on?

measuring tape?

Some strut bars have the ends threaded to the strut tower mounts, to adjust for span, is your that type?
