power steering fluid/engine coolant/ dome lights!

so yesterday i was using my ac and then i went home. when i was going back to my car i noticed a puddle on the right side of my car. it was watr texture, and slight brown. i checked the engine coolant, and i realized its nearly empty. was the dripping from the coolant, or just like water condensation do you think? also, should i put the engine coolant in the yellow colored plastic reservoir, or in the radiater itself? i cant tell how empty the radiater is.

and my dome light doesnt work anymore. i opened up my fuse box and looked what fuse was for the dome light, it said 20. i looked at the fuse and it was fine. however when i took it out, i noticed my clock or radio didnt work. so im not sure if its for the domelight or not..? and i checked the bulb, and it was fine. so did i get the wrong fuse? or did i do a short circuit some time ago? (its been broken for awhile) if it is a short circuit, is that easy to fix? how do i do that?

my car is a95 camry v6

p.s. nevermind the fact that the thread title mentions power steering fluid

Definitely check out if you're leaking rad fluid. If it's leaking now, get it fixed before it really goes. Don't want to overheat the engine. As for the puddle, could be one or the other or a little from column A and a little form column B.
I'd suggest top up the coolant, and monitor it, but definitely run the car and try to see if you're leaking anywhere. it's usually pretty easy to tell.

Compare color and smell of the water under the car with the coolant. The AC evaporator drain is a couple of feet inboard of the right side of the car (passengers side) inline with the firewall .

Fill both the radiator and reservoir with coolant and check for leaks when hot.

Clock is on both Dome and Cig/Radio fuses.

Does the Dome light work with its on/off switch. If so, check the door switch.

If a short circuit the fuse would blow, may be an open circuit.

the dome light doesnt work at all. not on the on option, or the door option.
