4th Generation help with upgrading brakes

I have a few questions about upgrading brakes on a 1997 camry. If anybody on here has tried it and could tell me a few things I'd really appreciate it. I have a 4 cyl. camry and want to know if upgrading to the v6 brakes or getting drilled and slotted rotors would help. I have 20" rims on it so i need to upgrade soon.

what tires did ur car come with stock? 14 or 15? if you had 15's you will have a bigger caliper then then 14. u should look into a lexus gs300 of simular year to your car ( or body style). that car comes with stock 2 pistons calipers. i really dont see why the caliper wont bolt up. if it dosent u can always just swap nuckels and it would work.

good luck

yeah the brakes from 92 -01 use the same spindle so the front calipers are swapable!!! good stuff because I actually did it on my car, I our suspension set up is the same aswell, I also have rear calipers on my 4th gen. I got the calipers new, but you're going to need a piece called a rear axle carrier that will allow you to bolt up the calipers in the rear!!!! Good luck bro. let me know if you need any help
