4th Generation Suspension: Ironing out the details

I have been searching the forum and I still can't figure this out so I figured I should just ask directly.

I am in the middle of buying all the parts to do a suspension upgrade on my 97 XLE. I already have the struts and the new springs. I took a look at my suspension last weekend and I noticed the rubber bits in the back are deteriorating. What I want to do is just replace the rubber peices and not the strut mount in the rear, mostly to keep cost down.

As far as I can tell the peices I am looking for are the upper and lower coil insulators and the bump stops. I was wondering if the upper spring insulator is the rubber tube the comes down from the top or if that is part of the strut mount? In every picture I have seen of the rear strut mounts they seem to have the rubber tube attached.

So which part is the upper coil insulator?

The picture of a KYB rear strut mount looks like it has the dust boot on it already.

Does it also have the upper coil insulator?
