Salute to a Good Camry

well people it is nearing that time to let my Camry pass-on with the transmission failing (Lost Overdrive - very common i hear) i need you opinion on a price to sell her for..Car has newer filler neck, rack, intermediate pipe and flex pipe, 4 new tyres (all withing last 24 months),regularly maintained oil changes every 5000 km (5500 km tops when traveling).. What the Car needs some rust work done on rear wheel wells and on trunk (where the lamps are for the license plate), and transmission (can source for 450 but not enought time nor money to properly do it.. what i am looking for is 1750 - 2000 dollars do you think this is attainable?

Notes on Car
1997 Camry XLE
1MZFE Engine/A541 4spd Auto
305.000 km

The Paint is pretty flat on the car see my car domain Page(pictures will be below), the car itself still runs very strong just the tranny the killer i can get one for 450.00 but then add new fluids and flush (300.00 incl trasn go kit) and the cost of install by same company who does flush 750.00 so i am at 1500 bucks and i do not habve this kind of money with the Failing Economy in the United States ( i work for a major travel group - no one is travelling )

Not sure what car i will get nextbut it needs to have power windows and locks i have found a couple cars but no major decisions until the car is sold cannot buy anything,i might keep my current headunit and speakers and put cheaper ones in(might include it but at a higher cost)

with a bad transmission, youre not gonna get anywhere near what it would be worth with a working one (you cant just subtract the cost of a new one because thats not how people see it)

around here youd be likely to get 1750
