Yesterday i just installed a secret weapon intake in my car and i have to say, it blew away my expectations. I know someone was looking into getting one (i cant find the post any more for some reason), so i just wanted to give my input on it. It has an amazing sound when i accelerate, yet its also subtle when i don't. It was a very easy install, the only problem i ran into is it doesn't hold it self up very well, so it sorta rests on an open part of the body. My friend and I are going to custom fab something nice to hold it up and give it all the support it needs. I feel a little bit of gain, but you arent going to drop like seconds of your quarter mile just from this. Anyway heres some pictures, if you have the cash i highly recommend getting it. Its beautiful
yea ok, i just love how the honda grille confuses the heck out of people. it's the funniest when people in a parking lot walk around the car trying to figure out what it is.
it shouldve come with a flexible support to keep the end up that bolts into the holes left behind by the stock airbox
it came with these two metal pieces but they seem completely useless, so i'm not sure. the directions didnt include any thing about them. so i'm not really sure = /
it should be a metal strip with an L-bracket bend at the end of it ... the strip has holes all the way through it, and should also come with a rubber stopper
the stopper bolts to one end of the bracket, and screws into the engine bay itself in one of the left-behind holes ... the L-bracket end attaches around one of the hose clamps near the filter coupler

you are my new friend. now i just have to hope the stoppers are in there some where haha
Looks a lot better in your engine bay than my monster SRI...I keep thinking of getting rid of it, but I like how throaty it sounds. Do you notice any torque loss?

for the breather hose, i'm honestly not sure what its called. its like, infront and below my IAT sensor.
and as far as torque goes, nothing that made me go, hmmm, did i lose torque?. so i think its fine. Now i'm at the point in thinking which mod is next = / whats prolly the easiest/cheapest thing to do? mind you i'm going full out on this car, tranny swap, turbo eventually, etc. i know some of you say 'its not worth it' but really its fun and a learning experince. and why not have a nice ride if im not getting a new car for at least 7 years (out of college).

get more tubing and make ur short ram into a cold air intake. I'm currently modding a weapon r intake from another car into my camry and changing it into a cold air intake. I'll post pics tomorrow, I am halfway done right now.
Also the bmw angel eye mod is pretty cheep but looks amazing.

I hear the best thing you can do for your car is suspension upgrades. If you don't want to go all out, a front and rear sway bar wouldn't be incredibly expensive, and I hear the difference is pretty nice in handling. I've yet to do this myself, but it's what I've heard.

Most people just get a new RSB because the FSB is already pretty beefy.
