The intake and muffler should make it sound better, but don't expect any performance gains out of them. The lowering springs should greatly improve the handling though.

lowering springs - ebay, used on here, various sites around the net. look at the parts post in the FAQs for whats avalible. also serch of a suspension thread from venom he had a good writeup.

muffler/free flowing exaust - muffler you can get from ebay or any other performance sites, other parts for the exhaust have to be custom made. you can get the TRD muffler from some dealers but its real expensive.

cold air intake/short ram intake (SIDE Q- which is better SRI or CAI) - already answered(both do the same thing, sound good but make no performance differance)

clear corner lights with clear reflecter (head lights) - ebay.

red and clear tail lights - ive never seen clear ones but i have seen altezza style ones floating around ebay. also the standard red and clear are on there too.

dont expect much to any performance from these parts but it will sound good.
