Touch up paint then wax?

I just washed my 99 camry and she's lookin great. Wanted to wax her to make her look even better (the car is not in great condition or anything but I like taking care of her). There are a bunch of stone chips in the paint especially the front bumper and hood so I'm getting the touch up paint tonight or the day after.

Was just wondering if I apply the touch up paint tonight, how long should I wait before I wax? I'm guessing waxing first and then touching up is a bad idea, but yea advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also, what's the best sort of wax or compounds you have used to get rid of those scratches and make your car shine? Thanks again.

I have just finished this process myself. You need to do the touch-up paint before wax. Dupli-Color instructions said to wait 24hr after touch -up to apply the clear coat over the area that you have painted and then wait 24hr to wax.
I used the Mequiar's clay bar to clean the car before wax. I used their cleaner wax to wax the car and it looks great!
