mods to make numbers

Im looking for those of you who have been through the ups and downs of putting money into the car buying spare parts and throwing them to the others for a loss ect. for your wisdom you have obtained by doing so.

I want to produce numbers, im talking something between 350 and 450 hp with torque to match...
...and a progressive list of what i should do in what order to obtain these results.

Let the idea start out as a bone stock 1mz 3.5gen, and help me with the list of what i should do.

(i have an aero turbine stealth series muffler with the in pipe restricter removed and a custom short ram CAI, to be honest and to start. )

built engine and turbo. only option, expect to pay way over 10k+
you will also need to get a transmission to match whether you want to build the auto or do something with the manual

but seriously, there is WAY to much info to jsut lay out in a reply. best bet is gonna be talking to tonythetiger, glitch360(if ya can find him) and samarai912. these 3 have built 1mz turbos and will be very helpfull. also, poke around the solaraguy.com forums. there are several solaras with a turbo setup that could give some insight.
