Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
would the ES 300's interior swap directly? b/c i was looking at pic's and the door pannels and everything inside looks like it would work :P, just curiosity anyone know?
From what I can tell, the cars are extremely similar, with a medium amount of effort you can swap the entire front end and the body lines work with the cabin/doors, so I'd assume that swapping the entire interior is possible, if not easy.
I know theres 2 or 3 of you guys out there that have done the front end conversion, and if you feel inclined to share the info/pics of the process with me that would so rock b/c i intend on joining your ranks with that specific mod. PM would be the best way to help unless you want the information readily available to the public .
adam did it, and i dont remember the front end being that simple of a swap...
yeah there were some cutting and welding to do from what i recall..

The rear doors on the ES are different from the Cam's. The Camry doors have a frame around the top and a quarter window, the ES has frameless glass and no quarter windows. So the door panels MIGHT fit, but I'm pretty sure that the headliner and headliner trim will not. The dash and seats will probably work though.
One of my co-workers has an ES, I'll take a closer look for you next time I see him.
