Hey guys, *little whining*
So far these past 2 weeks have been horrible for me. To start out i decided to go to the local grocery store to get some snacks and etc. Parked the car in a empty parking area with no cars. Go in for a few minutes then come out to see that my bumper isnt on my car anymore and its a few feet away from the car with shattered pieces of the rear light all over. So at the moment im like . It was a hit and run so i went thru insurance and had to pay the deposit of $1000 for it. The embarrasing part was my friends and i couldnt fit in the trunk so we had to stick it thru the moon roof....i have to tell you i got alot of humerous stares driving home
Took the body shop about 1.5 weeks to fix it so i definately had to rent a car. The insurance company helped pay for the rental though. (horrible pt cruiser -__-) .
1.5 weeks later
I get my car back!!! and my god the body shop did a WONDERFUL job of fixing the bumper and washing it! I was very pleased with body shop. Took the car home and went on a date with my gf the next day. Everything was going smooth, she was having fun. Then the bad happened when i was about to drop her off at her house....was just sitting at stop sign at the off ramp and all of a sudden BAAMM. At this point im just lik.
We pull over (BUmper was still on but the paint was chipped and it was partially sticking out) and the first thing they lady says to me is "OMG your a teenager, its your fault!" So we spent about 15 minutes arguing about it. She also kept telling me i can't find my insurance card blah blah blah and her passanger kept saying "Oh we cant drive to the beach anymore" and how it was my fault blah blah. I finally decided to call the cops to get a report. after that i went home to rest.
In the end my dad doesnt want to get it fixed since its too much of a hassle. Says i have to live with it. But hey at least the bumper is on ^__^
here's a tip: next time, grab ur date's tits (both of them, be firm) ... and if she looks at you funny, say "its for good luck - dont worry about it"
but seriously, run a claim thru insurance - if your dad doesnt want to get it fixed, save the money and then put it towards the repair later on when you can take care of it yourself theres nothing worse then having to go out to your car every day and see a huge dent or scratch because some asshat doesnt know how to drive!

hey man im really sorry for what happened to you, hell if anything get some sweet revenge and sue the ass of the other driver that hit you and claim that you're back is messed up and need to go to theraphy or something man
seriously tho, call a real shark of a lawyer, maybe you can get enough dough to fix and then tarbo your camry!!
I would sue, 1.By law its always the driver that rear ended you is at fault. 2.Also I would mention that the lady was in a rush! 3.Also tell them that the lady was reckless, If she was paying attention she would of noticed and stopped, 4.Also about the car distance rule, tailgating if the lady gives you even a harder time! 5.The lady was speeding, she would have plenty to notice your car stopped and would had time to stop. 6. The lady was making rude comments because of your age and race. 7.Go to your doctor and get checked out for neck and back pains. Call off from work If you do, I would not work if I am in pain. 8.Go to the dealership and get a quote for the repair job. Tell them to look for any frame damage and shock damage 9.Then get a quote for a car rental. Get a car that you need.
Sometimes I think I should become a lawyer, you have a good list to work from. Collect all the money and use it to save up for a newer car or something else.
This is one of the best time to take action, go ahead and talk to your parents.

Wow, that is pretty impressive. Sounds like you can basically hit her from anyway possible with that one.
BUT after going through something like that, this guy deserves a good pay off or more!
Sorry to hear such a crappy string of events has happened man. Make the best of it though, you still got your woman (i assume), ya'll are safe and sound, and you'll probably get some cash back from this, so good luck with everything bud.
