Subaru's have strange offsets ... i would be concerned about clearance, but if its one of your friends why dont you just have him bring his car over and swap one of his wheels on the front and rear of your car for a test

BUY THEM, even if they dont fit at 150 for a set of 17's theres 100% likely to be someone near or far who will tripple your money :P

btw i took EVO VIII rims and they fit my 3.5gen but i needed longer studs and a hubcentric converter ring. easy stuff to do . im on car domain and you can look there to see how they fit :/... they stick out a touch but not too bad and the wide meats those things have gets amazing traction.

the 3rd gen kinda resembles a scoobie anywho so maybe people will get you confused with one :P thats allways fun.

*edit*

btw Enkei's website and motegi's websites tend to have ways of checking offest and lug spacing. EG search for rims for your car and it will tell you lug spacing and your offset paramater then search for the car the rims are coming from and compare the lug spacing and offset.

Camry - 5x100 35-45 offset im pretty sure
Scoobie - ???? (search it out the answers exist on the rim maker's pages)

the camry is 5x114.3 - not 5x100

the 03 WRX is 5x100, if i recall .. so you can throw the whole idea out the window ... and btw, the stock offset is around +53, which is ridiculously high offset, even for a FWD car like ours

they werent 5x100 if they fit on your camry ... and the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution has a 5x114.3 lug pattern, buddy

and +45 offset is the right offset for our cars, thats about what the stock offset is, anything higher and youre running the risk of hitting the struts

Evos are 5x114.3
Older Subies are 5x100. The newer ones are 5x114.3, but still they had some pretty weird offsets.

I would think our Camry's look more like Skylines in the front before Subies.
