Rim/tire Question

I'm looking to spruce up my camry a bit with some new tires and maybe rims. What is the biggest tire I can fit on my stock rims, I know its nothing like 315's that fit on my Mach 1, but something that will give the car a more agressive look. The car is used primarily in the winter, so I don't want chrome, but maybe a really good rim that withstands winter condition. I'm thinking black rims with polished lip perhaps. Btw the car is a 98 le v6. Thanks Guys!

you should look at the offset thread in the general discussion forum. id only go with a 7.5 wide and 225 tires. will increase grip and look will improve i guess. if its a winter car then id just get good winter/rain tires and be done with it. spend the money on the summer fun car.
