4th Generation Bixenon h4 on a gen 4

I have a problem..one of my bixenon bulbs is out...i also discovered that one of the fuses was out so i replaced it then when i tried it again it didn't work and the fuse was blown...its definitely not the bulb because i have switched the bulbs with the same result........My bixenon kit included a harness and with a fuse that connects to the battery and 2 grounds which i have checked.....this kit has worked for for more than 2 months then all of the sudden one bulb went out....What are the symptoms of a dead ballast?...can i change the fuse to a 30mA because they have 15mA in right now....any help would be greatly appreciated....thank you

Putting in a bigger fuse is not going to solve your problem. You've got a short if your fuse keeps blowing like that. You need to check your wiring. Get a cheap digital multimeter and start checking. Probably something got knocked loose in one of these cheapo kits.
