3rd & 4th Generation (1992–1996 & 1997–2001)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 1992-1996 & 1997-2001
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
yeah I think your right. it must be a windom bottom and an aftermarket front bumper graphed together. I think that because the windom hood sits lower than the lights. but it could just be another generation I'm not a windom expert. wish I had one though .

I think I know what it is. Some one molded the bottom grille/lip of the ES300/Windom(samething) to the top of a Gen 4 bumper. There is suppose to be a trim/line separating the upper and lower bumpers, however this one has been molded flat. Its just two stock bumpers molded together with a custom grille.
The top of the bumper looks just like feijai's top bumper/grille area, while the bottom looks like its from the ES/Windom.
Yeah you got it evofire you've got keen eyes! The car is a work in progress I've actually backtracked on the progress of it due to a sale gone bad. I had to repo it from my "friend" so the bumper actually looks worse than it is. The car is for sale now once again for 4g's without the bumper. Here are more pics of it with the benz.
