Oil leak on drivers side

Hi all,

Ive posted a message before about my oil leaks before and have now replaced the vavle cover gasket and re-sealed the oil pan, although there is still a oil leak around where the transmission and engine block come together. Distributor is fine and there are no leaks from there.

Would this be the rear main seal leaking? Short of pulling the gearbox out, is there a way to determine where its coming from?



The picture above shows the gearbox (silver) looking up at where the foam piece between the gearbox and transmission sit.
