Where is the dimmer switch relay?

Hi, my highbeam is not working (only when I pull the indicator switch towards me. The headlights cut out altogheter when I put them on highbeam.

I tried cleaning up the indicator switch contact points (removed steering wheel, etc) and that did not work.

I tested all of the fuses under the hood with a multimeter and they all work.

I replaced the headlamp relay and that did not work.

I tested the two fuses behind the kickpanel, they work. There is a relay amongst those 2 fuses, I'm sure its not the dimmer switch as the part number of the item does not match the dimmer part number on the internet (the part number is 09087-04002 or 056700-6780)

I took the panel off underneath the steering wheel and I found some relays, are one of these the dimmer relay? It is not under the bonnet because the only relay I foulnd was the headlamp one and the efi relay.

So before I pull apart any more of the car, where is this dimmer relay located? I'm thinking of taking the glove box out, surely it cant be there?

The dimmer switch appears to be in the combination switch on the steering column.

The switch ground the circuit to turn it on.
