4th Generation Timing belt plus

I have a 01 camry LE V6 with a 150,000 mi.
The plan is to replace the following items. but I'm sure if it is necessary to replace the items that are in bold.
I could use your opinion from experience regarding the future failure or wearing out of those parts. This is a V6 1mz... non-interferring engine

Also since it is non-interfering, I may just purchase the parts, store in trunk and wait for the belt to snap before having the mechanic replacing.
Aside from the standpoint of safety and the consequences of where the car breaks down would this idea be OK ? Can I still damage the engine ?

Timing belt
Front crank seal
Oil cam seal x2
Tensioner
Tensioner pulley
Idler pulley

Water pump
Gasket
Alternator belt
AC belt

THX ahead of time

Everything you have listed looks good as far as changing. On a non interference engine you can damage things but not as badly as interference. I still would have it done asap. I just changed my T-Belt and only have 60k on my car
