just did it on mine too, ya gotta cut out the core support to fit em, even then its a a bit of a pain, i need to go back and cut more on mine... and if you dont change to an 00 or 01 bumper there is a thread that shows what ya gotta cut out
I wont lie I wanna beat up people who have Hids without projectors or proper headlight housing. I've been blinded soo many times now. I mean just today it was a bit overcast(marine layer). And there was a TRUCK with HIDs and it blinded me in THE DAY. And like 2 days ago I got blinded from a dodge something with HIDs.
If i was ever at a parking lot with a car with inproper hids, I would def destory the headlights.

dude i would really recommend puttin in some gen 4.5 corners as well, i acutally jus did this mod like last month n tha corners make tha world a difference. makes it more factory lookin. dont mean to threadjack but here some pics of mine tha day after i finished, but still had some trimming to do to make tha lights as straight as possible, i havnet takin any recent pics of tha finalized product after trimming though but should give you an idea.
